1. About Us

This store is operated by Hyper Production (SA), a South African record label and merchandise provider ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order on this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

All products are made to order and fulfilled by our third-party printing partner, Printify, on our behalf. Colours and print placement may vary slightly from the mockup images shown due to differences in screen calibration and printing processes.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

Payments are processed securely through Yoco. We do not store your card details. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

5. Delivery

Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days and shipped thereafter. Delivery times vary by destination. Estimated delivery for South African orders is 5–14 business days. International delivery times vary.

6. Cancellations

Because products are made to order, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing the order. After production has started, orders cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@hyperproduction.co.za.

7. Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and artwork on this store are the property of Hyper Production (SA) and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this store is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
