Returns Policy

Because all our products are made to order, our returns policy is limited. Please read carefully before ordering.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong design/print, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order reference number
• A photo of the issue
• Your shipping address

2. Wrong Size Ordered

Since products are printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizes chosen at checkout. Please check our size charts carefully before ordering.

3. Cooling-Off Period (SA Consumer Protection Act)

Under South African law, you have the right to cancel an online purchase within 5 days of receiving the goods, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Custom or personalised items
• Items returned after the legal cooling-off period

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Refunds are issued in ZAR.

6. Return Shipping

For damaged or defective items, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
